Collagen peptides are a product obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of collagen to disintegrate and break its molecular chain. Two or more amino acids are freed of water molecules to form peptides, which are structural fragments of proteins. They have a molecular weight of 200~300 Da, which is relatively small and easy to absorb.
